  1. The term “Company” implies Achiever Logistics Packers and Movers.
  2. A “quotation” or “estimate” is a no-obligation contract between the company and the customer that includes mutually agreed-upon terms and conditions.
  3. The term “Customer” refers to the individual who contracts with the Company to supply the Services, regardless of whether he owns the Goods or Fixtures.
  4. “Goods” refers to the item or items for which Relocation Services are to be provided, but does not include coins, cash, bank notes, cheques, money orders, postal orders, national saving certificates, premium bonds, travel tickets, passports, securities, manuscripts or documents of any kind, jewelry, perishable goods, hazardous materials such as crackers, explosives, chemicals, filled gas cylinders, battery acids, flammable oils such as diesel, petrol, and kerosene.
  5. Regarding Handyman Services: The company does not accept responsibility for the dismantling or reassembling of particle board furniture, special furniture, or air conditioners. Customers are recommended to schedule Handyman Services for all such materials ahead of time.
  6. For car relocation: (a) A copy of all essential documents in the transferee’s name or approval from the company to move under a different name must be provided. (b) Vehicles must have around 10-15 liters of fuel to drive onto and off the loading and unloading site. (c) Two-wheelers: Please thoroughly empty the fuel tank / oil to prevent spills / leaks during transit.
  7. The Services are provided during the Company’s regular business hours, which are 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday, excluding public holidays. However, we provide 24-hour packers and movers
  8. services in Delhi by calling 09999844421.
    Any quotation or moving estimate supplied by the Company to offer the Services shall be open for acceptance for 15 days after submission before being deemed withdrawn.
  9. Once accepted, the quotation and all of its provisions are legally binding. To the exclusion of the Customer, the Company shall select how the Services will be supplied, and may change its decision from time to time by mutual consent only, and shall be charged accordingly.
  10. If the buyer cancels the contract, the confirmation deposit or advance will be forfeited and not returned.
  11. The Customer must ensure that proper access to all relevant premises is provided for the delivery of the Services. If the acres are too narrow for vehicle or human movement, additional expenses must be paid to complete the delivery arrangement, or the customer may make their own arrangement.
  12. While providing relocation services, the company excludes: i) split pickup/multiple pickup and/or deliveries. ii) Plant removals or crating of any item that is not listed in the corresponding quotation iii) Long carry, society/elevator charges, and parking fees. iv) Vehicle detention, if any v) Transit storage and any forced circumstance vi) any government taxes, Octroi, Mathadi, Toll, Entry Tax, or Labor Union Charges in any state, if applicable. vii) collection or delivery via stairs above the second story (if service lift is not supplied). viii) Special handling charges for products that cannot be obtained via elevator (hoisting/stair carry).
  13. Unpacking material and debris will be regarded business property, and the company reserves the right to collect unpacking items. Unpacking Material will be charged at Rs. 75 per carton if retained by the client for local shifting, and extra transport expenses for material pick-up at a later date will be charged at a minimum of Rs.1500 within Delhi.
  14. The insurance does not cover losses or damages caused by government, customs, or official confiscation. It also excludes loss or damage to the owner’s packed goods, as well as jewelry/cash, deeds, traveler’s checks, plants, gas cylinders, alcoholic drinks, contraband, and other forbidden things.
  15. Insurance does not cover inside damages unless there is evidence of outward physical harm. On the day of delivery, any external damage must be documented on the packing inventory. This applies to all electrical equipment, including laptops and speakers. Electrical or mechanical malfunctioning coverage, except autos, is provided and can be added in writing for an additional 3% premium. Customers can employ our Wooden Crate Packing Services for an additional fee.
  16. The Company will not take liability for damage to Goods and/or Fixtures unless it is given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the damage. Under any circumstances, written claims will be handled by the third-party insurance agent rather than the corporation.
  17. The Customer agrees not to make any claim against any of the Company’s servants or agents who imposes or attempts to impose any liability in connection with the Services, and if such a claim is made, to indemnify the Company against any consequences.
  18. Prior to packaging or shipping, payment must be made by check or credit card, plus any applicable card costs. Credit till the time of delivery is available as a special instance subject to certain criteria and conditions. If the payment is not cleared prior to delivery, the company maintains the right to postpone delivery until the full amount is received.
  19. Work arising from this quotation shall be completed in compliance with the Indian Contract Act of 1872. Unless otherwise stated, multiple pick-ups and deliveries are not included. While all precautions are taken during packing, transit risks must be insured. In the lack of insurance coverage, you are considered to have self-insured the products.
